Return & Refund Policy – Tryoutlegacy

At Tryoutlegacy, we are committed to delivering premium-quality apparel and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect items received.

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing

  • The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery


Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, Tryoutlegacy will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • The original payment method (UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking), 

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Tryoutlegacy.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are required to bear the exchange shipping charges.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.


Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. This will not be considered a defect.

  • Oversized styles are designed intentionally—customers are advised to refer to the size chart before ordering.

  • Customized, discounted, or limited-edition products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
