Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect items received.

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Tryoutlegacy will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to:

The original payment method (UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking),

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Tryoutlegacy.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

Customers are required to bear the exchange shipping charges.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Important Notes

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. This will not be considered a defect.

Oversized styles are designed intentionally—customers are advised to refer to the size chart before ordering.

Customized, discounted, or limited-edition products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
