  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

Shipping Locations

  • Tryoutlegacy currently ships across India.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as remote area fees (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Tryoutlegacy is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

  • Resolution timelines may vary depending on courier investigations.

Returns & Shipping

  • Return shipping is applicable only as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error from Tryoutlegacy.
